Instrucciones para autores y árbitros

Autores

  1. Los trabajos deben ser originales e inéditos, y relacionados con la temática de la descentralización y el municipio.
  2. El titulo del trabajo debe expresar en forma clara y precisa el contenido de la investigación.      
  3. En un mismo trabajo se admite la coautoría de pares, hasta un máximo de tres (3).
  4. Los trabajos documentales deben tener una extensión no menor de quince (15), ni mayor de treinta y cinco (35) paginas a doble espacio y tamaño carta (*)
  5. Los trabajos deben ir acompañados de un resumen en español y en  ingles, con un número no mayor de doscientas (200) palabras, visualizando las palabras claves que identifican la temática, las cuales no deben ser menos de cinco.
  6. En caso de que la investigación se ilustre con cuadros o gráficos demostrativos, estos deben ser numerados y titulados, y de no estar incorporados en el texto, se indicara el lugar donde deben ser insertados.
  7. Las referencias bibliograficas deben  ser colocadas en estricto orden alfabético, indicando el apellido y nombre del autor y /o autores; el titulo de la obra, la editora, país de publicación, y año de la misma.
  8. Los trabajos deben ser enviados al Centro de Estudios Políticos y Administrativos (CEPA) de la Facultad  de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas de la Universidad de Carabobo, dentro del lapso exigido por el Comité de Redacción, en original impreso en papel y en formato electrónico preparado en procesador de palabras Word for Windows, tipo de letra time new roman , tamaño 12, con identificación del autor y/o autores, señalándose el cargo y la  institución a la cual pertenece(n).
  9. El Comité de Redacción someterá los artículos a la consideración y arbitraje del Comité Asesor o de especialistas en el tema. Y se reserva el derecho de publicación y ubicación del trabajo en cualquier sección de la estructura organizacional de la revista, y no se responsabiliza por los juicios emitidos por su autor o autores.

Contributors

  1. Works must be original and unpublished, on subjects related with the subject matter of the decentralization and the municipality
  2.  The work title should express  content of the research in a  clear and precise way
  3.  Co-authorship in the same work is accepted up to three (3).
  4.  The work should consist of not minor of fifteen (15) not major of thirty five (35) pages, double spaced letter size *
  5. Works must be accompanied by a summary in English and Spanish with a not larger number of two hundred (200) words displaying the keywords that identify the topic, which should not be more than five (5).
  6. If the text is illustrated with demo pictures or graphics, they should be listed and titled, and not be incorporated to the text, but they must indicate the place in text where they should be inserted.
  7. Bibliographic references must be placed in strict alphabetical order, indicating the name of the author and / or authors, the title of the book, publisher, country and yea of publication.
  8. The work should be sent to the University of Carabobo Faculty of Law and Political Science´s Political Studies and Administration Center (CEPA), within the period required by the Drafting Committee in original printed paper and electronic version prepared in processor Word for Windows, font time new roman, size 12 with identification of the author, noting the position in the institution to which it belongs.
  9. The Committee of Draft Adviser will submit the articles to the consideration and arbitration of the Committee or of specialists in the topic. And it(he,she) saves itself the right of publication and location of the work in any section of the structure organizacional of the magazine, and does not take responsibility for the judgments(reasons) expressed(emitted) by his(her,your) author or authors.

Arbitros

  1. El Comité de Redacción someterá los artículos originales a la consideración y arbitraje del Comité Asesor o especialistas en el tema, de acuerdo a la categoría académica del autor (es). A estos efectos, el Comité Asesor tendrá las siguientes atribuciones:
    1. Avalar la calidad científica del artículo.
    2. Valorar su utilidad y proyección para la comunidad científico social.
    3. Recomendar su publicación.
    4. Calificar la acreditación científica del autor(es).
  2. Los comentarios serán remitidos al autor (es), junto a cualquier sugerencia del comité asesor.
  3. Cuando el autor del artículo sea el Director, el Secretario de Redacción, miembro del Comité Asesor  o del Comité de Redacción, éste se inhibirá en todo el proceso de decisión.

Arbitrators

  1. The Committee of Draft will submit the original articles to the consideration and   arbitration of the Committee Adviser or specialists in the topic, in agreement to the academic category of the author (it)(he),she)) (is). To these effects, the Committee Adviser will have the following attributions:
    1. To support the scientific quality of the article.
    2. Social scientist values his(her,your) usefulness(utility) and projection for the  community.
    3. To recommend his (her,your) publication.
    4. To qualify the scientific accreditation of the author (is).
  2. The commentaries will be sent to the author (it)(he),she)) (is), close to any suggestion of the committee adviser.
  3. When the author of the article is the Director, the Secretary of Draft, member of the Committee Adviser or of the Committee of Draft, this one will keep out in the whole process of decision.
